Lead a team at Laos Hospitality

We recruit department heads, assistant managers and general managers for our hotels, restaurants, riverside lodge and Mekong cruises, based in Luang Prabang, a UNESCO World Heritage town. We promote from within whenever we can, and we also welcome experienced managers from abroad.

Who we are looking for

  • Hands-on leaders who spend their day on the floor, with their team and with guests.
  • Managers who train and coach: most of our team members are Lao and grow with us.
  • Solid experience in upscale hotels or restaurants, and fluent English. French is a plus.
  • Respect for Lao culture and a long-term commitment to living in Laos.
